Here are the lectures / classes I'm currently offering:
GENERAL LECTURE (1 Hour)
A slideshow and lecture covering my entire body of work, focusing on how I developed my artistic voice through pattern design and writing. Having published over 20 quilt patterns I still consider myself a artist first and designer second. This lecture helps participants gain the tools needed to find their artistic voice through the quilts they make, whether it's through their own designs or others patterns.

BACKPATCH WORKSHOP (3 Hours)
Participants would piece, quilt, and attach a backpatch to their desired article of clothing. Participants will learn how to both attach a square block OR create an inset quilted piece that nestles within an irregular area of the clothing (i.e. between two seams on the back of a jean jacket). A printed guide will be provided.

HALF LIGHT WALL HANGING WORKSHOP (3 Hours)
Participants would piece, quilt, and bind a 21” x 29” wall hanging using the Half Light pattern. Participants will enjoy using the most out of a fat quarter and also sewing a half circle curve and piecing skinny strips. A printed pattern will be provided.

NEW!! CREATE YOUR OWN FAT QUARTER FRIENDLY BLOCK BASED PATTERN (4-6 Hours)
Participants will become their own pattern designer and create a fat quarter friendly pattern without any software! This amazing workbook can be used over and over to enable participants to create their own patterns in the future. A printed workbook, templates and design boards will be provided.
